The supplied site has no account system, payment function, advertising integration or analytics code. It does not embed third-party fonts, scripts, videos or remotely hosted photographs. Following an external link takes you to another service with its own privacy practices.
Contact drafting tool
Names, email addresses, topics and message text entered into the contact tool are processed in your browser to construct a plain-text draft. The tool has no submission endpoint and does not send the draft to us. Our code does not save draft contents in local storage. Your browser may retain form values or restore a tab according to its own settings.
Choosing Copy places the draft on your device’s clipboard, subject to browser permission. Other applications or device features may access clipboard contents under their own rules. Choosing Download creates a text file on your device. You control where it is saved and whether it is shared or deleted.
Email you choose to send
If you send email to [email protected], your email provider and the receiving mail service process the message and associated technical information. Correspondence may be used to consider your question, investigate a correction and reply. Do not send medical records, identification documents, confidential research or other sensitive information.
Correspondence should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, security or applicable legal obligations. This static website does not provide an automated email-retention or deletion system. You may request access, correction or deletion through the contact address; applicable rights depend on your jurisdiction and relevant exceptions.
Browser preferences
The cookie page lets you save or remove a storage preference. If you choose to save one, our script stores only the preference value under sprylarcticmosaic-cookie-preference in your browser’s local storage. It is not sent by our JavaScript to a server. No optional services are enabled by this site.
Hosting and technical requests
Delivering web pages requires a hosting service to receive connection information such as an IP address and requested file. Host-level access logs, security controls and retention depend on the deployment provider and are not configured by these static files. We do not claim that hosting infrastructure collects no data. Security and your choices
No online service or email channel can be guaranteed secure. Limit personal information, use a trusted device and remove downloaded drafts or clipboard contents where appropriate. You can clear local site storage through your browser. Doing so does not delete emails already sent or files you downloaded.
